Recently I received a beautiful and very powerful news letter from one Internet Marketer.  I kept putting it off but eventually I got down to reading it.  Usually I quick read these things and go on to the next “wise man”  who is going to indoctrinate me on the skills of Internet money making.  But this one was different to me.  It was right and vital information.  However, I must admit it was not the first time I had heard this info.  A few weeks or maybe a month or so my Pastor basically spoke the same words directing us that this was what the Creator wanted of us.  So I wanted to share this with all or you just as Mr. Chenxiang Song shared it with all his readers.  Again, this is vital to your success:

It is “SERVICE”.

Without service, this civilization will not
function properly. It is in every little
part of our life. We are involved in all
kinds of services every single day. Think
about it, our entire life is about receiving
and providing services.

And get this!

The money you have is simply a
representation of how much service and value
you have provided to others. This is a game
of this civilization. The rule of the game
is that the more and the better service you
provide to others, the more wealth
(oftentimes it is in terms of money) you
will receive.

It is as simple as that, but most people
don’t seem to get this point. They think the
rich get richer just because they are lucky,
or they have rich parents. These people are
wishing someday they can win the lottery, or
someday they can marry a rich man or a rich
woman. This is the mindset of the poor. They
may one day get a lot of money, but they
will never get rich. Richness is not
measured by how much money you have, but by
how much rich mindset you have.

The rich mindset is what attracts the money
and keeps the money for you. A person with a
poor mindset may get some money temporarily,
but they don’t have the ability to keep the
money.

If you want to be rich, develop a rich
mindset. And the one critical and most
important part of a rich mindset is to
provide more and better service to others.

If you have been striving to get rich, to
make more money, but haven’t been able to
get very far, I want you to change your
focus now. Change your focus from earning
more money to providing more and better
service. Just give it a try, try it for a
few months, and see what your life will be
like.

If what you have been doing is not working,
why not try this way. Try to focus on
delivering more and better service to others
instead of focusing on making more money. It
can’t hurt, just treat it as an experiment.
Test this idea and see if it works. If it
does not work, just forget all about the
rubbish I am talking about; if it works and
it makes you a rich person, you’re welcome

Seriously, this little shift of mindset is
going to change your life forever.

Since I started making this shift a few
years ago, my life has changed entirely. I
wouldn’t be where I am today without making
this mental shift from making money to
providing more valuable service.

Sometimes, you will see results very
quickly. Here is just a recent example from
my own life.

When I decided to start publishing this
Quantum Mind Power newsletter, all I was
thinking was how I can give people more
valuable information that can help them
change their life for the better. Because I
understand this law of service, I know if I
give people really good valuable
information, there is a pretty good chance
that they will buy my products.

So all I did was to do my best to write good
articles for this newsletter and share my
best kept life-changing strategies FREELY
with my readers. And the strange thing
happened within a month after I started
publishing the newsletter. Someone out of
nowhere sent tons of visitors to our site,
and made hundreds of sales for our brainwave
entrainment product “Quantum Mind Power with
The Morry Method System”. He/she did make
commissions for these sales through our
automatic affiliate system, but still this
was a huge favor for us. And I still don’t
know who this person is. I do believe he/she
is one of my newsletter readers. If that was
you, and you are reading this, I would like
to sincerely express my appreciation for
your help. ?

The story did not end there, just a few days
later; another person came along and made
quite a number of sales for us too. All
these are just extra added sales to our
normal daily sales. I had absolutely no idea
how all this happened, but I do believe it

that I have been providing.

I share this story with you to give you some
inspiration on how well this concept or law
works. It might not happen as quickly for
you, you need to be patient, however, don’t
try a few days and say “I have been
providing service, why havn’t a million
bucks come my way?”

What you need is to form a habit of thinking
about providing service. Or you might call
it a service mindset. Any habit worth
forming takes time. Don’t expect changes to
happen overnight, form the habit first, then
the rest will become very easy for you.

I want you to start thinking today. Think
about how you can provide more and better
service to others. If you have a job, start
thinking how you can provide more value to
your company. If you have a business, start
thinking how you can provide more and better
services, or improve your current services
so that your customers can benefit more.
Even in your family life, start thinking how
you can provide more value to your spouse
and your kids. Again, what you want is to
form a service mindset. You will
see an enormous effect on every aspect of
your life?

Remember this magic word “SERVICE”. Really
make it part of your daily life.

We the people find ourselves in very critical times.  Gas prices at the pump are outrageous for the average person.  Along with this we are witnesses to Financial Institutions failure, Wall Street shake up and the increase of unemployment.  From this we get the media bombardment of positive assurance and the echo of immediate doom.

The reason for this mess are multiple.  From political complacency, to financiers with $$ dollar signs for eyeballs, and corporate deception stemming from greed. All these and some add up to our current state of affairs.  But most of these issues are out of the scope of the average Joe, six-pack (smile). What may help the average Joe or Joanna who are seriously struggling.  I know most people are truly not in touch with what many people are going through at this time.

As many watched the debate between Biden and Palinit was plain that it would be a great one.  But in a debate one must key in on substance not hype.  From the beginning knowing the gift of gab that both debaters possessed I knew it would come down to being a great listener.

Governor Palin:  She displayed talent and was able to verbally hold her own.  She didn’t stumble.  However, when you really critic her showing you find no substance.  She was winkingand giving flip remarks.  She evaded many questions going off on tangents.  She without experience gleefully suggested a thirst for greater powers in the office of Vice-President.  (That’s scary).  Her maverick attitude demonstrated her position when she made the statement of “I may not answer the question to your liking but that’s me take it or leave it I don’t care.” That is not exactly how she made that remark but you get the point.

Senator Biden:  Mr. Biden was clicking on all cylinders.  He stayed on point and wisely leaked the McCain/Palin ticket with that of Bush/Cheney.  He directed the listeners to the war in Iraq in the plan to eventually end it given control back to the Iraqi government.  Mr. Biden identified and disclosed the incompetencein the Bush/Cheney management of this war.  He also showed a great deal of restraint in the debate.  Mr. Biden was not over-bearing nor did he seek to bully or monopolize the stage.  Over all Mr. Biden did a most excellent job.

For me the clear winner of this specific debate was Joe Biden.

    The problem with Space is that we are not ready for it.  At this current time in Mankind’s history we have not yet learn to live among each other.  Nation against Nation, governments unable to sit down and find peaceful solutions to common problems.  Sexual diseases are spreading and mutating on an ever increasing scale.  Our climate is falling apart.  The very air we breath is polluted along with out current water supplies. Yet, we look to the cosmos.

    The Nations need to channel their energy, time and money on the saving of our planet.  The mega-millions these nations are spending on space exploration could be effectively unified to gather the best minds and resources to create and solve many of our national concerns.  These “think tanks”  of collective minds  would work on creative solutions to world hunger, pollution, sickness and diseases and all the host of problems we have manifested upon ourselves.  Our survival first start on earth, not trying to run from it.

What’s the intent, destroy earth and then high tail it into space?  Only to do the same again.  

From our history books we already see that we do not necessarily learn from our past mistakes.  These nations who are eagerly striving to prove their technological prowess and superiority and directing their focus upward toward the stars need first plant themselves on a sure foundation.  The time will surely come when we are ready for that journey but sadly to say it is not now.  The creativity spent to hover outside our sphere is better directed to unify us as a people on the stage given for our training.  Mankind has been bestowed with the honor of caring for and maintaining this planet called Earth.  This is our concern, obtaining true authority and dominion over the things of Earth and then the promise.  The Stars…

    MY TAKE IS THAT SHE IS INTELLIGENT AND HAS A GIFT FOR GAB.  SHE LIKE MANY OTHER POLITICIANS

WOULD EASILY ADAPT IN THIS SPECIFIC ARENA.  HOWEVER, DON’T INSULT OUR INTELLIGENCE BY SIMPLY

EXPOSING MRS. PALIN TO THE UNITED NATIONS, ALLOWING HER TO SHAKE A FEW HANDS AND TAKE LOTS

   The other day, while taking a break, I took the time to watch a movie with “Queen Latifah” in it.  It was called, Last Holiday.  It is a movie worth watching.  Why?  Beacause, it has the ability to make us think.  To think about what we are missing and not doing.  Here was this reclusive young woman who was locked in the box of – one day.  One day I will do this, one day I’m going there. One day, One day!  Until one day she bumps her head and goes to the doctor.  She is then falsely diagnosed and believe she is now dying.

    Scared and questioning her faith, she cries “Why me lord.”  She starts contemplating all the things she haven’t done.  She has been saving money and even has a “Wish” list (a get round-to-it list.  She decides to do something about it and “get busy living” as opposed to “dying.”

   Armed with the knowledge of dying she embarks on a Marvelous journey.  She goes to her dream place, a beautiful high class resort,  and meet one of the Chef’s she emulates.  Her new power influences her personality.  She is now strong,confident, direct, honest, opinionated, stands up for the weak, a risk taker  and have a heir of vivaciousness.

    The point is she took action.  She moved on her dreams and desires.  Her actions stirred a whole pot of events.  (A step of faith can manifest awesome possibilities).  In the end, she got her man, opened up her own eating establishment and influenced the lives of many around her.

    We too can follow the example of Georgia Byrd, Queen Latifah’s character.  We just don’t have to wait until some drastic event occurs.  See basically, LIFE is short, and we need to get busy living.  What I mean is positively living to acheive our DREAMS, GOALS AND AMBITIONS.   Express yourself, love people, wake up each morning and take actions.  Put your plans into effect, and share your dreams, but don’t let others eat up your plans/time with static wasteful void.

   We are currently taking what has been granted to our care and and defiling it.  What I speak of is the Earth itself.  All Nations both great and small are failing in their inherited positions of “Care Takers.”  It’s the responsibility of each Nation to either work in partnership or individually to enhance our environment for the generation after them.

   The problem is little real government action is being accomplished.  At least, not to actively produce rapid change.  Oh, I know… “we have beaucoup bureaucratic agencies on the job.”  Baloney!  It’s all for show. With all the technology we possess today, all the great minds – we could vastly and quickly changed many of the problems we are encountering.  Let’s see, sickness and diseases (this includes hatred and war), Global Warming, Air Pollution, Water Pollution, decrease of Moral Values and all the many other problems attacking our global environment.

However, “what we have here, is a failure to communicate.”  From the top down (

governments to individuals) each are focused on “Money.”  What floats our boat is fame and riches.  Governments tend to focus on creating agencies that can seduce its citizens out of their paychecks.  Individuals are focused on keeping up with the Jones and obtaining fame and riches.  This cleverly devised trap blinds the many.  Family, Posterity, Unity, Love, Peace, Joy, and  Righteous Character is the glue.

   “Our children are our future.”  So what will we leave them.  Hope or a ravished earth that we have raped and pillage.  Even now the generation of the 50’s and 60″ (and even a little earlier) have left on this current population a host of passed on illnesses.

“I will allow this judgement on the children for the lawbreaking (sins) of the fathers (great grandparents, grandparents, and parents) to the third and fourth generation of those who {hate?} are displeased with my (Laws) Righteousness.”

  From what we see in the world it is evident we must make a change.  Our world outlook must be redirected and redefined.  We must harness our universal abilities and collectively manifest change.  Change that will guarantee a planet conducive for our future posterity.

             Dreams!  We all must Dream.  When we were all young our minds soared with imagination.  We flew in our dreams and did unbelievable things.  When I was young balling on the streets of Boston, boy, did we dreams. We thought and ate basketball. This determined focus led to power hoop dreams. Those same night visions came to daylight realities. Dreams are essential and I think we were designed that Way. Therefore, Keep
your dreams alive.

Let’s see! Abraham had dreams. Issacc and Yaaqob dreamed. The great King Solomon had marvelous dreams. Young Yahseph was called a “Dreamer” yet those dreams came true. Even Pharaoh, King of Egypt had visions/dreams foretelling of great famine and that same young man Yahseph revealed those dreams for the King. All through the great biblical scripture from Genesis to Revelation men and women dreamed.

Even In our current generation we have great dreamers. From those who established our American Constitution to Henry Ford, Gandhi, Martin Luther King and all the great writers and visionary business men and women to our time. They all have dreamed. Don’t stop dreaming.
Even today while American Giants financially crumble believe in your vision.

Pick up a copy of Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich and in it you will find that chaos and hardship tends to manifest positive dreamers. Are you a positive dreamer/visionary?

My Friends keep keeping on. Stay focus and over come obstacles. Use setbacks/obstacles and naysayers as timeouts before the game resumes. These negative bumps in the road to success provides that time to collect your thoughts, to look at your game plan, to listen to your coaches, regroup and then return to play energized and ready to get busy. Realize that 2008 is not over and a few months still remain. Dive, like Michael Phelps into the next few months to reach your years dream/goals.

Remember, our time is short, so do right by others. My prayers and love to the victims of Hurricane Ike.

ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder and Autism over the last decade or more has been on the rise.  Why!  No one has truly pinpointed exactly.  But you can bet it has a lot to do with the life style we all are engaged in, along with our past roots.  Yes! We can go back 50 or 60 years and study the great decay of highly basic morals and values of Grandma’s and Grandpa’s in our, so called, develop countries. Also the lack of vision and outlook by various governments added to this rise of unusual development in the populous.

    For over 24 years I worked with various young Students.  There was Public School in Boston, Special Programs dealing with Inner City Youth, a very decent program that worked with court referred juveniles.  Now, I don’t consider myself an expert or anything in this field, far from it.  However, I was a great observer and many of the young people I worked with displayed ADD and Autistic difficulties.  Many of these young men and women never received the help necessary for their success.  They were continually shuffled on to some other (unhopeful) institution.  To cope in their unpleasant environment, these young people normally rebelled or engaged in aggressive behavior.  Most of these individuals were very quick mentally and could have easily found success but the system had nothing in place to diagnose or train these young people.  Another factor was that parents also lacked education in the areas of ADD and Autism.  These children probably displayed observational symptoms early in childhood and could have been trained to function with their talent. I say talent because many times these students are very gifted.

Autism Spectrum Disorders

Autism is an umbrella term for a wide spectrum of disorders referred to as Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD) or Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The terms PDD and ASD are used interchangeably. They are a group of neurobiological disorders that affect a child’s ability to interact, communicate, relate, play, imagine, and learn. These disorders not only affect how the brain develops and works, but may also be related to immunological, gastrointestinal, and metabolic problems. Signs and symptoms are seen in early childhood. The term spectrum is important to understanding autism because of the wide range of intensity, symptoms and behaviors, types of disorders, and considerable individual variation. Children with ASD may have a striking lack of interest and ability to interact, limited ability to communicate, and show repetitive behaviors and distress over changes, as in the case of many with classic autism, or Autistic Disorder. On the other end of the spectrum are children with a high-functioning form of autism who may have unusual social, language, and play skills, as in Asperger Syndrome. The autism spectrum consists of the following disorders: Autistic Disorder or Classic Autism, Rett’s Disorder or Rett Syndrome, Childhood Disintegrative Disorder, Asperger’s Disorder or Asperger Syndrome, Pervasive Developmental Disorder – Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS)
 

Causes
Brain Structures. Research using advanced imaging techniques shows there is a difference in the size of certain parts of the brain in children with ADHD compared to children who do not have ADHD. The areas showing change include:

The prefrontal cortex.The prefrontal cortex is located in the front of the brain. It is thought to be the brain’s command center. It regulates the brain’s ability to block certain responses. Numerous imaging studies have indicated that the prefrontal cortex of the brain in people with ADHD may be less active than in those without the disorder.
The caudate nucleus and the globus pallidus.The caudate nucleus and globus pallidus, located near the center of the brain, speed up or stop orders coming from the prefrontal cortex. A major 2002 study reported that it was smaller than average in young children with ADHD, but tended to normalize as children got older. Abnormalities in these areas may impair a person’s ability to stop certain actions, resulting in the impulsivity typical of people with ADHD.
The cerebellum.The cerebellum is the area above the brain stem. This area helps control muscle tone and balance, and synchronizes muscle activity. An important 2002 study reported that this area tends to be smaller in children with ADHD compared to those without the condition.
Brain Chemicals. Abnormal activity of certain brain chemicals in the prefrontal cortex may contribute to ADHD. The chemicals dopamine and norepinephrine are of special interest. Dopamine and norepinephrine are neurotransmitters, or chemical messengers, that affect both mental and emotional functioning. They also play a role in the “reward response.” This response occurs when a person experiences pleasure in response to certain stimuli (such as food or love). Studies suggest that increased levels of the brain chemicals glutamate, glutamine, and GABA — collectively called Glx — interact with the pathways that transport dopamine and norepinephrine.

Nerve Pathways. Another area of interest is a network of nerves called the basal-ganglia thalamocortical pathways. Abnormalities along this neural route have been associated with ADHD, Tourette syndrome, and obsessive-compulsive disorders, all of which share certain symptoms.

There are basically two types of bloggers in the world – reporters and experts – and some people perform both roles (usually the experts, it’s hard for reporters to become experts, but it’s easy for experts to report).

If you have ever taken an Internet marketing course or attended a seminar specifically for beginners, you have probably heard about the two different methodologies. Whenever the business model is based on content, and if you blog for money then the model is based on content, people are taught to either start as reporters, or if possible step up as experts.

I’ll be frank; you want to be the expert.

Reporters leverage the content of the experts and in most cases people start off as reporters because they haven’t established expertise. Experts enjoy the perks of preeminence, higher conversion rates because of perceived value, it’s easier to get publicity, people are more likely to seek you out rather than you having to seek others out, joint ventures come easier, etc… experts in most cases simply make more money and attract more attention.

The thing with expertise is that it requires something – experience. No person becomes an expert without doing things and learning. Bloggers usually start out without expertise and as a result begin their blogging journey by talking about everything going on in their niche (reporting) and by interviewing and talking about other experts (reporting again).

There’s nothing wrong with reporting of course and for many people it’s a necessity at first until you build up some expertise. Unfortunately the ratios are pretty skewed when it comes to reporters and experts – there are a lot more reporters than there are experts, hence reporters tend to struggle to gain attention and when they do, they often just enhance the reputation of the expert they are reporting on.

Don’t Replicate Your Teacher

If you have ever spent some time browsing products in the learn Internet marketing niche you will notice a pattern. Many people first study Internet marketing from a “guru” (for lack of a better term). The guru teaches how he or she is able to make money online, and very often the view that the student gleams is that in order to make money online you have to teach others how to make money online.

The end result of this process is a huge army of amateurs attempting to replicate what their teacher does in the same industry – the Internet marketing industry – not realizing that without expert status based on a proven record and all the perks that come with it, it’s next to impossible to succeed.

Even people, who enjoy marginal success, say for example growing an email list of 1,000 people, then go out and launch a product about how to grow an email list of 1,000 people. Now I have no problems with that, I think it’s fine to teach beginners and leverage whatever achievements you have, the problem is that people gravitate to the same niche – Internet marketing – and rarely have any key points of differentiation.

How many products out there do you know of that all claim to teach the same things – email marketing, SEO, pay per click, affiliate marketing, and all the sub-niches that fall under the category of Internet marketing. It’s a saturated market, yet when you see your teachers and other gurus making money teaching others how to make money (and let’s face it – making money as a subject is one of the most compelling) – your natural inclination is to follow in their footsteps.

If the key is to become an expert and you haven’t spent the last 5-10 years making money online, I suggest you look for another niche to establish expertise in.

Report on Your Process, Not Others

The secret to progress from reporter to expert is not to focus on other experts and instead report on your own journey. When you are learning how to do something and implementing things day by day, or studying other people’s work, you need to take your process and what you do as a result of what you learn, and use it as content for your blog.

It’s okay to talk about experts when you learn something from them, but always relate it to what you are doing. If you learn a technique from an expert it’s fine to state you learned it from them (and affiliate link to their product too!) but you should then take that technique, apply it to what you are doing and then report back YOUR results, not there’s. Frame things using your opinion – your stories – and don’t regurgitate what the expert said. The key is differentiation and personality, not replication.

Expertise comes from doing things most people don’t do and then talking about it. If you do this often enough you wake up one day as an expert, possibly without even realizing how it happened, simply because you were so good at reporting what you did.

You Are Already An Expert

Most people fail to become experts (or perceived as experts) because they don’t leverage what they already know. Every person who lives a life learns things as they go, takes action every day and knows something about something. The reason why they never become an expert is because they choose not to (which is fine for some, not everyone wants to be an expert), but if your goal is to blog your way to expertise and leave the world of reporting behind you have to start teaching and doing so by leveraging real experience.

Experience can come from what you do today and what you have done previously; you just need to take enough steps to demonstrate what you already know and what you are presently learning along your journey. I know so many people in my life, who are experts simply by virtue of the life they have lived, yet they are so insecure about what they know, they never commit their knowledge to words for fear of…well fear.

Blogs and the Web in general, are amazing resources when you leverage them as a communication tool to spread your expertise because of the sheer scope of people they can reach. If all you ever do is talk to people in person and share your experience using limited communication mediums, you haven’t much hope of becoming an expert. Take what you know and show other people through blogging, and you might be surprised how people change their perception of you in time.

Reporting Is A Stepping Stone

If your previous experience and expertise is from an area you want to leave behind or you are starting from “scratch”, then reporting is the path you must walk, at least for the short term.

Reporting is a lot of fun. Interviewing experts, talking about what other people are doing and just being part of a community is not a bad way to blog. In many cases people make a career of reporting (journalism is about just that), but if you truly want success and exponential results, at some point you will have to stand up and proclaim yourself as someone unusually good at something and then proceed to demonstrate it over and over again.

Have patience and focus on what you do to learn and then translate that experience into lessons for others, and remember, it’s okay to be a big fish in a small pond, that’s all most experts really are.
